Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she gave up her gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows at the age of 16. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card when she was 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. She came back in 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. The year 2009 saw four more fitness titles were added to her list. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her degree from the college she attended. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. She was happy by her performance. The competition was among the very best. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to work out is her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving into working sets. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
